Fixed issue causing reconnect to not work in general, as well as made it much faster.

Ruinhold
Removed chatting from monsters.
Bosses in Ruinhold will now give higher amounts of drop, with the same loot table as a normal monster, just in higher amounts.
Bosses in Ruinhold will now give a temporary 1 minute buff when killed, greatly increasing one of the following: Gold, Charisma, Prestige Experience, Drop, Unique Drop.

Bug fixes
Fixed issue causing you to not be able to see the entire hover effect on an auction house entry.
Fixed issue causing you to not see hover effects when hovering over the CC of an item.
Fixed issue causing the target health bar to never be at 100%.
Fixed issue causing Blade Robber Pet's to drop from the charisma fortune gate.
Fixed issue causing reconnect to not work.
Fixed issue causing additional properties gained from Prestige to not show until you move the item or unequip and re-equip it.
