The invasion of the other world has been met with fierce blows from courageous fighters willing to challenge what they have never seen before.
The Breach was their first attempt in colonizing our world, bringing fourth strange new hordes of demonic monsters and false prophet's of the old gods.
Having defeated them, the word spread quickly that the invasion of our lands has not gone according to plan, thousands of voices were heard from both sides, celebration and anger.
Their armies have reassembled, they have amassed great forces to face us in what we now call the Dread Wastes.
In what is our longest war with any enemy, we've come out triumphant, defeating hundreds of thousands of demonic forces from the other world.
Fearing for a total demise of their kind, they've pulled back into what was once ours, they've taken over our castles and have prepared to defend and expand their future in our lands.
Their different way of living, preaching of their faith and colliding ideals have been met with agreement from some, which we now call traitors.
Thousands of warriors from our own ranks have left us to join theirs, further bolstering their ranks. They have stolen our weapons, armor and resources of food, teaching them our ways of craftsmanship, fighting and communicating.
We are now in Ruinhold.
This is our chance to wipe them out and restore peace in the World of Chantra.
Your commander awaits for you, hero.
Are you going to answer the call to fight?

The maximum level your character can reach is now 150. You will gain a total of 10 normal skill points and 20 heroic skill points!
The maximum prestige level has been increased to 120. Giving you additional all stats and a higher prestige experience capacity. Allowing you to both earn more prestige experience and spend less in comparison on Prestige upgrades.
To level up from 145 and forward, you will need to exchange 120 levels worth of Prestige Experience.
Reconstruction of Cities
With the combined effort of the hard-working architects, builders and engineers of Chantra, we have started the reconstruction and reinnovation of our cities.

In terms of game development, bosses are a challenging part of the game in terms of implementation.
They are often the cause of disparity between players, and create unbalanced sides in the game, if one group manages to take control of bosses.
In this update, we've taken a different approach to bosses, with both instanced quests, as well as the base bosses.
They will now have only about 5 times the health of a regular monster, and will drop 4 times the amount of loot a regular monster would normally drop.
They do not drop anything special in particular, however, upon killing them, you will receive one of 6 buffs:
Increased prestige experience, experience, gold, drop, unique drop, charisma.
Dread Waste Bosses
For the same game development reason we've stated for the new Ruinhold Bosses, Dread Waste Bosses were modified as well.
They will now no longer have an announcement when they will spawn, when they spawn, or when they die.
They will also spawn with random timers, ranging from 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The amount of loot they drop has increased by 5 times, up to 6 orbs per kill.
The traitorous guilds have found new ways to fuse new unknown materials with our own, creating powerful armor with resounding abilities.
Blacksmiths of our own have told us, if we are able to acquire enough of these materials, we will be able to make them our own and further perfect them.
The magical properties of these armors have found ways to counter our most offensive abilities, as well as bolster our damage capabilities and tenacity.
They can be refined with the following recipes:
Talented blacksmiths of chantra have found new ways to improve armor and weapons.
The maximum reinforcement level has been increased to 18, giving a significant edge in combat to those spending time honing their equipment.
Honing and mastering a new technique takes time and effort.
Sometimes it can go wrong, blacksmiths can make a mistake and end up lowering the power of your equipment as a result.
After enough time, the studied effects and the process of prestigeous reinforcement has been changed, now blacksmiths are able to focus on one part of your weapon and armor.
This allows them to target a specific property, and attempt to upgrade that specific property, without risk of losing other properties or lowering the one you already had.
Once you craft the required type of potion needed to do this type of reinforcement, you will be given the option to choose which property you want to change.
Summarizing the capabilities of the blacksmiths, you are now able to provide a blacksmith with either an "Accurate Prestige Potion" or a "Dissolving Prestige Potion".
Accurate Prestige Potion
With this potion, you can select one of your active prestige properties on an item, and attempt to roll only for a higher value than the current.
The reinforcement can fail, but it will never result in a lower amount of the property you were rolling.
Dissolving Prestige Potion
With this potion, you can select one of your active prestige properties on an item, after which you will re-roll that property into another property type.
Such as rolling Damage into Heroic Damage on your weapon.
Empower your gear with the powerful gift of Ashtal, the Thunderstone.
This socketable item will increase all your stats by 25.
This item has a low rate of drop and can be found in Ruinhold.
Crystalized Scion Prayer Stone
Empower your gear with a crystalized variation of the scion gem.
This socketable item will increase your elemental and prismatic damage by 10.
This item has a low rate of drop and can be found in Ruinhold.
The Chantra Shop has been updated.
Prices have changed and some items from the Token Shop have been removed, and others will be added.
Chests can now be purchased in multiple quantities at a discount and are stackable.
You are now able to purchase any suit you like, any day of the week!
We've added all of the currently available suits in the Suits section of the chantra shop.
All normal suits were removed, and only regular suits are now obtainable.
We've also added a new suit, derived from the Dread Armor.
It will be available in an upcoming pack in the chantra shop, in variations of lower and higher amounts of days of usage.
Blade Robber Pet
We've managed to tame what was once a fierce enemy, the heaven's hell Blade Robber is now a pet, obtainable through an upcoming pack in the chantra shop.
*Blade Robber Pet will become available at a later date, as it's not part of the first update of Ruinhold.
We've taken a step towards making quests great, creating instanced and rewarding quests, some which can be repeated and others which are one run quests.
Upon accepting a quest from Ruinhold, you will be tasked with either finding an object of significance, defeating a monster or more.
A quest can either be open world or instanced.
In an open world quest, you may be interfered by other players attempting to do the same quest.
In an instanced quest, you will be moved into a solo environment, where you will fight monsters in varying game modes.
*Questing will become available at a later date, as it's not part of the first update of Ruinhold.
With the high amount of items that drop in the game, no amount of inventory space could possibly contain all of the items you get from monsters!
We've been preparing a function which will allow you to easily ignore items which you do not want to have.
When receiving loot through your pet, your pet will automatically sort which items you want to take through your configured filters.
When receiving loot through ground drop, you will be able to hide items from the ground which you do not have interest in, based on your configured filters.
*Drop filtering will become available at a later date, as it's not part of the first update of Ruinhold.
Siege Merchant & Rankings
We've taken a new approach towards making the most important part of the game have value towards your end game achievements.
Similar to how the Arena functions in terms of ranking, holding a castle or winning an attack will give you ranking points and Siege coins.
The best guilds each season of Sieges will be rewarded with unique perks for their guilds.
You will be able to obtain new mounts through this merchant, which will be rotating depending on the current Siege Season.
Each mount obtained in the Siege Merchant can be upgraded, reaching extremely fast movement speeds unlike any other mount.
*Siege merchant & rankings will become available at a later date, as it's not part of the first update of Ruinhold.
