Party bonus experience
Party bonus experience has been removed, the rate of experience party members gave was around 90% per party member, as such, we've increased the global amount of experience earned by a rounded amount of 100% per party member. Now the global experience boost will permanently remain at 1200%, up from 800% (4 party members would have given this.)
Skill changes - not final, part 1 of 2 changes. Slayer Tidal Wave is now able to reduce a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 40 Skill Block. Tidal Wave is now able to reduce a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 32 Block. Rule of the Slayer is now going to give a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 15 Elemental Resistance. Summoner Mana Union is now going to give a minimum of 22 and a maximum of 50 Skill Block. Orbiter Pardon of Vice is now going to give a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 Heroic Melee & Ranged resistance. Pardon of Vice is now going to give a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 30 Movement Speed. Punishing Crime is now going to give a minimum of 400 and a maximum of 1800 Heroic Attack. Hunter Enemy Bane Stance will no longer reduce other skill's levels. Dragon-scion Xenon skill bonuses Added Push Away to list of obtainable skill bonuses to Xenon weapons.

Increased drop rates for Ignatus, Fate Insect, Lord of Tyranny, Balor King. Increased gold received for Ignatus, Fate Insect, Lord of Tyranny, Balor King to a minimum of 100.000.000 (up from 100.000)
