Questing
Upgraded questing client system from Ep7 to Ep8.

Included in this patch:
Changed questing data from Ep7 to Ep8.

Choose between rewards instead of having a singular reward.
Not for all quests

Locate the quests' target (NPC location, Monster location, Object locations) by clicking on text inside of the quest description.

Bug fixes, including not being able to see the text description, missing questing data, incorrect rewards.

With the upcoming game content patch, we will be using the questing system and polishing it further.

Bug fixes
Fixed issue causing the game client to crash when attempting to view a Shield's description which is displayed from the AH or from a Merchant.

Fixed issue causing taxes to not be collected in all regular environments.
Guilds will be compensated for an average amount of gold that should have been received during the period it was not working

Fixed issue causing arrows/bolts to be required to enter an arena queue.
Fixed issue causing some mount icons to not display.
